The onsite in Arab, Alabama or online version takes two days of classroom settings and is taught by an OSHA Authorized instructor.

Graduates of the 10 hour training get a certificate of completion and then in about 6 weeks will get a DOL (Department of Labor) 10-hour card (also known as a "wallet" card) directly from OSHA.
There are several states that require this training and most General Contractors require each employee to have it prior to starting work.
The class will cover an introduction to OSHA, the "focus four" hazards as well topics like scaffolds, trenching & excavation, and ladders. Online or in person training in Arab is available.
Both classes provide a DOL (Department of Labor) 10 hour card directly from OSHA.
