Graduates of the 10 hour training get a certificate of completion and then in about 6 weeks will get a DOL (Department of Labor) 10-hour card (also known as a "wallet" card) directly from OSHA.

The onsite in Girdwood, Alaska or online version takes two days of classroom settings and is taught by an OSHA Authorized instructor.

There are several states that require this training and most General Contractors require each employee to have it prior to starting work.

The basic knowledge of 1926 [construction] OSHA standards will be provided.
