We have 10 Hour Osha Construction in Hopkinton, Rhode Island
The class will cover an introduction to OSHA, the "focus four" hazards as well topics like scaffolds, trenching & excavation, and ladders. Online or in person training in Hopkinton is available.

The onsite in Hopkinton, Rhode Island or online version takes two days of classroom settings and is taught by an OSHA Authorized instructor.

This is an introduction step to understanding OSHA guidelines.
Graduates of the 10 hour training get a certificate of completion and then in about 6 weeks will get a DOL (Department of Labor) 10-hour card (also known as a "wallet" card) directly from OSHA.
There are several states that require this training and most General Contractors require each employee to have it prior to starting work.
