This class is designed for workers in healthcare, warehousing and distribution, retail, foundries, and general factories just to name a few.
Introduction to the 1910 [general industry] OSHA standards will be covered.
This is an introduction step to understanding OSHA guidelines.
The class covers the introduction to OSHA, personal protection equipment, electrical hazards, fire prevention and the GHS (hazardous materials labeling) to name a few.
10 hour general industry training can be taken either in either on-site or online formats.
The onsite training will be customized to any company’s specific needs.
The OSHA 10 hour General Industry course was developed to insure all employees working in any industry have a solid understanding of the OSHA Standards.
Both versions will provide the student with a DOL (Department of Labor) 10 hour card from OSHA.
