This class is part of a good program of hazardous material training for all levels of employees.

Understand what chemicals are hazardous and which ones are not.

This class gives a basic understanding of the OSHA 1910.120 standard and what is expected from OSHA.

Students will learn information about hazardous material, how to protect themselves and how to contain any spills within the facility.

Employees that are occasionally on-site at hazardous material clean up, perform work that may result in exposure above the permissible exposure levels (PEL) are all well served by this class.

Know the hazards of chemicals and how to use them safely.

This training provides an in depth knowledge of the types of personal protection equipment. It provides the types, limitations and normal uses of several brands.
