This refresher training helps the student understand the types of personal protection equipment that is available and when and how to use it.

Understand the proper PPE to use when working with hazardous chemicals.

Understand how Chemical spills can be contained in your facility.

The class is required on an annual basis for anyone who has taken the OSHA HAZWOPER 40 or 24 hour classes.

The training keeps the employee fresh on information regarding the OSHA standards and the hazards associated with hazardous chemicals.

The students will be able to utilize reference material like the NIOSH pocket guide to understand the hazards of any chemical they may encounter.
